How do I create a Rule in MS-Outlook to automatically decline meet

I want to automatically decline meeting invites, from specific people for a
specific event that is a recurring event?

I already know about the Options in Tools->Options-> Calendar Option ->
Resource Scheduling. But this option declines "all" recurring meetings. I
want to be able to decline specific invites based on either the person,
subject line or both.

I'm using Outlook 2003

I don't believe a rule can decline an event, but it should be able to delete
the invitation, which may act line a declination. Use the "from _people or
distribution list_" condition in combination with the "uses the _form name_
form" condition to test if it's a meeting invitaiton from the particular
person. A second rule using the "with _specific words_ in the subject"
aloong with "uses the _form name_ form" should cover both your bases. I
don't know about the recurrence condition, though. I haven't found one that
works.
