auto complete not functioning

HI
I cannot get auto complete ( for addresses complete boxes
etc)to function.
I have Windows XP with two users in the system.
I amusing Internet Explorer 6.0
The auto complete function will not work on one of the
users.

I have tried to copy the features from user A( auto
complete works ok) to user B, (auto complete does not
work)This does not solve the problem.

Yes I have tried to turn the utility on using
internet options/content/personal info/auto complete. (
all 4 boxes are checked )

I have copied the advanced settings from user A to User B
No effect.

Yes , if I fill in a box that I would like to be an auto
complete, it does ask me to remember a password , but
when I come to login or use that again, it neither
recalls the address/name/what ever or password.

Can anyone help please

That user profile may be corrupted. Create a new one.
