attachments in internet exlorer

Attachments in internet exlorer / outlook express are
blocked. They are blocked as "unsafe". They are safe as I
sent a letter I wrote. haw doa make it stop blocking?

Try this:

With OE open, go to Tools>Options>Security and uncheck 'Do not allow
attachments to be saved...'. If you do uncheck this option, please virus
check all attachments before opening them.
