Attachment management in Outlook

To help reduce the growing size of a PST file or Exchange folder, it would be
a great help if there was functionality similar to that of DetachPipe, which
can be set up with rules to manage attachments.

These rules allow the one-click detaching of any attachment to a location on
the PC or network, and whose directory's name can be defined through the
rules (i.e. sender name, subject, etc), and the original email is amended to
insert at the top of the email a link to the location of the attachment. The
mail is still flagged as having an attachment.

Using the DetachPipe option I reduced my PST from 1.7Gb (yes 1.7Gb) to
400MB. It makes for easier backups and a faster Outlook.

I do not work for nor have any affiliation with DetachPipe. I just loved
the functionality and had hoped it may have been in BCM which I recently
installed for the first time.

Thanks

The Kernel for Attachment Management allows the attachments of the incoming Emails to be compressed and archived automatically in a ZIP file at the user-defined location in the computer’s hard disk or at network drive. The user can even apply passwords on Archived attachments or ZIP files for protecting and securing them and can specify the size and types of the attachments below which the software will not archive the attachments using this tool. Automatic compressing and archiving the attachments reduces the size of attachments to a much extent and saves time while manually archiving large files using a ZIP creator. You can downlod the software from http://www.repairpstrecovery.com/outlook-attachment-management.html
