ATI 9800 Pro and 280 Watt Power Supply on HP XW4100?

I just ordered an HPXW4100 Workstation with a P4 2.8 gig processor, and was
wondering if the included 280 watt power supply will run a Radeon 9800 Pro
video card. I know they recommend a minimum of 300 watts, but was wondering
if I have enough juice with only a DVD burner and hard drive connected to
have reliable performance?

Any thoughts on this card/computer combo?

I would be suspect of such a low watt power supply. Since you will probably
want to add other hardware down the line, I would recommend a 350 or 400
power supply, and I would recommend sticking with a name brand drive. Stay
away from the el-cheapo's...they are cheap for a reason.
