At start up 3 versions of Windows XP only one good, how to remove

Hi,

I was having a problem with my original install of XP Pro, so I installed a
parallel version reloaded all my software and I'm been good to go since then.
But at the black start up screen, I've had two versions of Windows to choose
from and if I do nothing in 20 seconds it chooses the top one and I boot up
normally. If I were to chose the other manually it would crash.
However, yesterday I was going to test drive Vista Beta 2 from Cd. Instead
of loading it on my slave drive, it seemed to do a partial install on my main
C: drive.
Now at start up it will try to boot up to a corrupted OS and goes blank. If
I catch it in time and with the down arrow choose the third Windows version
from the list it boots up fine but annoying to do this at each start up.
Question: Is there a way I can remove the other two choices at start up and
just have it go to the correct OS that works?

Thanks,
