ASUS P2B-F Motherboard and single sided 256mb RAM-?

Can I use single-sided 256 MB Ram on my P2B-F motherboard? According
to the manual, 128MB DIMMS are fine single-sided but "as of the manual
printing 256mb DIMMS are double sided only." It's not really clear if
they would be supported. Can anyone please pass along their experience
on this? I just want to make sure before I go through the trouble of
getting the RAM that it will work OK.
TIA, dmc

Nope. Double-sided, 16 chips.
