See Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 828940 re: my
difficulty. Linksys loses its wireless signal, finds it
again, drops it a minute later, etc. and so on.

How can I obtain the "hotfix" listed in the article?

By contacting customer support as indicated in the article. There is no
charge for these hotfixes as long as you need them and do not ask for
anything else during the call.
