I can not install any programs on my computer. i am loged
on as admin and i get errors when i intall programs.
I tried the sp4 update and i got a error can not install
arcldr.exe and also the nect file but i didnot write down
the name. nt????.exe

can anyone help?

I don't think this is a Windows Update problem. One of the other MS
