Application Errors - an XP SP2 problem?

I get the following type of error in a Roxio application (Easy Media Creator
v7) and iexplorer.exe:

The instruction at "0x03b6415b" referenced memory at "0x00000000 ". The
memory could not be "written".

Is this a problem with my XP? What solution can anyone suggest?

Your RAM may be faulty. I also run Roxio 7(7.5) with SP2 without any
problems.
