Appletalk and Win XP

My ethernet LAN consists of a PC with Win XP Home, an
iMac with OS9.1 and a laptop with W2000. All three
machines see the internet through the LAN, but the Mac
does not see the Windows machines, nor do they see the
Mac. How do I get Appletalk and Windows-based TCP/IP
networks to see one another?

I have had some experiance with this,
the esiest way to solve the problem is just install OS 10.2 on the iMac,
however if it is an original iMac dont do this, because the OS runs way
too slow to be of any use...
so the other thing to do is get your hands on a program called "PC MAC
LAN" This handy little app will do all of the leg work for you, but be
warned, If you are using this and storing Mac classic files on your PCs
remember; Macs and PCs use different filing systems, and if you
happen to uninstall PC MAC LAN from the PC in question, you may
render all of the mac originating files dead as the app runs in the
background to make everything run properlly. remove the program and
possible loose any files that were sent from th mac to the PC, files sent
form the PC to the mac should be fine however.
