Anyone know how to automatically pull info out of many sheets?

Hi all, I have 274 spreadsheets with a format similar to the example below:

Item
Recommendations
Comments

Spaces
Minimum of 6% or 1 (close to main entrance). Plus 1 per disabled employee.
1 designated space near entrance

Surface
Firm and level.
Yes - tarmac surface

Marking
Spaces clearly marked with sign on ground and also on post.
Space marked on ground but no sign on post or wall, 2 marked spaces to rear car park, no posts - not convenient

Usage
Inappropriate use discouraged.
Yes

Lighting
Adequate for use of area.
Yes

(Please don't tell me not to post HTML here - this is a one-off to make understanding the question easy, thanks.)

I need to pull the following results out of the 'Comments' column from each
file under the relevant row (e.g. the 'Spaces' row), in order to compile %
results.

The items in brackets are the text it should look for in the Comments column
in order to generate 1 'point' out of 274:

1 - Spaces: % with some disabled parking (1+)
2 - Spaces: % with no disabled parking (No, None, 0)
3 - Location of desk: % with accessible front desk (Yes) [not shown in example]
4 - Toilet>Accessible: % with disabled toilet (1+, Yes) [not shown in example]
5 - Toilet>Alarm: % with working alarm in toilet (1+, Yes) [not shown in example]
6 - Number of rooms accessible: % with disabled rooms (1+, Yes) [not shown in example]

E.g. if it found 50 entries for Number Of Rooms Accessible that had a
Comment containing a 1 or more, or a 'Yes', it would generate 50 points out
of 274, which equals 18%.

Help!
