Anyone have a sample 50th Business Anniversary Letter?

I am looking for a sample letter that I might use to modify for my own use
for our 50th anniversary here where I work. It would be something I would
use as an announcement to vendors and customers.

Use the 25th anniversary letter you sent out, and change it to read 50.
Most people are either dead or won't remember it, so it will seem fresh.

Basically we want to use it as a general announcement thanking our vendors
and customers for their business and service over the years.

Hi Tom,

Not to be a smart alec but 25 years ago it would have been typed the old
fashion way, printed and then sent out. I don't have many saved Word
documents from back then. We may have had an old Radio Shack computer
running a DOS based program if that.

Didn't you keep a copy in the file cabinet?

Thanks Suzanne - I had tried Googling it before and have just not found a

What all the people who have replied have been implying is that content is
not really within the purview of this newsgroup, nor can we help much with
suggestions of specific layout. Once you've decided on a desired layout, we
can help if you have problems trying to achieve it. You may find a template
in the Office Template Gallery at
http://office.microsoft.com/templates/default.aspx? for some type of letter
that could be adapted to your purpose. Such a template may or may not
include suggested text, but the bottom line is that the content is really up
to you.
