PowerPoint to DVD problems using a Trial Download

I have downloaded a Trial Version of PowerPoint2DVD from Wondershare. I have
successfully burned my presentation to a DVD using NTSC setting which works
perfectly on my DVD player. However it will not work correctly on other DVD
players. I have used DVD-R and DVD+R of several brands with the same problem
for all. The problem is the slides will "catch" on some of the transitions
which also makes the music "catch". Does anyone have any suggestions as to
what I may be doing wrong. I'm at a total loss. This was supposed to be a
50th Anniversary gift but is turning into a nightmare instead. I have tried
to contact Wondershare but they will not answer my E-mails. Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.

Bugzy,

I don't really have any advice worth giving. This Wondershare product seems
to have a good deal of problems and as you have seen, trying to get help
leads to large amounts of frustration.

The people that run the web site tell users to post in their forum on the
site and maybe another user can help...
