I appear to have an eighth one - KB937894 ('Security Update for XP')

"A security issue has been identified in the Microsoft Message Queuing
Service that could allow an attacker to compromise your Windows-based
system and gain control over it. You can help protect your computer by
installing this update from Microsoft. After you install this item, you
may have to restart your computer."

how did the install go if and when you get them?
Get them all here, Robin - no issues, just a bit ago.
An old MVP is to run "wupdmgr" (no quotes) from a run box.
That will take you directly to WU.

I received a total of six (6) for XP - IE7. I have Verizon with MSN Premium

Hi Randy,

I used to do the Start | Run | wupdmgr routine.

Now I just open up IE -- I'm still using IE6 -- and click on Tools | Window
Update.

It's less typing and that's ALWAYS a good thing in my book. :>

Not quite sure what you're saying, Robin...
I consider WU the "best" way to get all Critical updates in one go.
Open IE and select Windows Updates, then select "Custom" - run a scan and
pick what you like, that's what I usually do, not wanting any fluff software
that I would never use.
