Any way of creating bookmarks using the TOC?

Hi there, I need to create bookmarks in Word documents (they used to be there, but for some reason they seem to have disappeared) and it is quite a long document so would take quite a long time to create all the necessary bookmarks. I was wondering whether you were able to automatically create all the bookmarks using the table of contents, seeing as these are the bookmarks I would be creating anyway?
