Is there any freeware add in or any alternative to enable me to search my

any additions will be plus eg enable to edit or organise them ...

You can organize "Favorites" (and "Start") in the same way that you do
any other folder on your computer...use Windows Explorer to make folders
within the main folder, give the new folders descriptive names and put
whatever you want into them.

In the case of "Favorites", the "whatever" would be the URLs - the
internet shortcuts - that are already in the primary Favorites folder
which is at C:\WINDOWS\Favorites.

In the case of the Start menu, the whatever would be the program
shortcuts that are already in C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs

Favorites is just a folder in your harddisk. Use the regular search
function in the exploerer would do.

I have 30,000+ favorites / bookmarks.
And as [dadiOH ] said:

I need a search tool for my favorites too,.. lol
I designed a program called ["New Favorites"] to just that, however
finding a programmer to code has been the challenge.

There a lot of programs out there 'to mange your favorites / bookmarks.
I have tryed them all!.

I can not recommend any, and I have a lot of bookmarks.
All I can say is to build a database, which is what i am doing now!.
