antispyware

My computer is loaded with spyware and when I have
Microsoft Antispyware delete all of the Spyware I have to
reboot. Well when I reboot, my network connection is
broken and my Norton E-mail scan won't work. I've
restored my system 10 times or so deleting individual
types each time, but it appears at least three types of
spyware are causing this problem. Any ideas of what I
can do?
