AntiSpyware Install Problem

I have downloaded the file but when I try and install I
get the following message:

Error 1334. The file "hashlib.dll" cannot be installed
because the file cannot be found in cabinet
file "Data1.cab". This could indicate a network error, an
error reading from the CD ROM, or a problem with this
package.

I downloaded the file via the microsoft site (usual
validation checks etc) on two separate occasions and both
times the program would not install. I am not running a
network.

Any ideas anyone?

1. Uninstall MSAS using the installer, not add/remove.
2. Delete the dll.
3. Empty the recycle bin.
4. Turn off the restore function.
5. Download a fresh copy of MSAS.
6. Install as normal.
7. Turn on restore.
8. Check your version of the dll

Your download is corrupt, and a corrupt copy is being maintained in your
Temporary Internet Files.

In control panel Internet Options, empty your Temporary Internet Files, then
try the download from Microsoft again by following the download links from
http://www.microsoft.com/spyware/
