Anti Spyware turned my screen green

M

I downloaded and ran the Microsoft Anti Spyware, There were
errors that were detected and removed. However after I
booted up my system, the green color is washed out in my
resolution? I checked my screen settins and they all seem
ok, it's almost like a color was lost. Has this happened
to anyone else?

Mel,

Let us know if it is not a monitor on another hardware issue. We have not
seen this reported by anyone but yourself.

I have had a similar experience. After running the
program and removing detected items and restarting, the
desktop starts out with the correct wallpaper, then
changes to blue then, finally, to a light beige if the
mouse hovers over the background or white if the mouse is
over an icon. Right clicking and selecting properties
does not bring up the usual display settings options but
a file property for file:

file://C:\WINDOWS\Web\desktop.html

This file does not exist.

If I navigate to the display settings item in Control
Panels everything looks fine, as I would expect from
right clicking on the background of the desktop.

Apart from this, everything works fine.

What's going on!!!???
