Anti-spyware program

I have the Beta spyware from Microsoft installed on a XP
machine. When using fast user switching, and switching
user accounts to another, the program keeps prompting me
to either "Allow" or "Block". I go ahead and
press "Allow" but no matter what I do it just keeps
appearing.

When I log off the other account and come back to using
my original account the problem goes away.

Is this normal or are you experiencing the same problem
as I am?
