animation ppt2003

My 5th grade students created digital narratives using powerpoint 2003. I
have combined each individual slide show into one long one so I can show them
at the annual Art Show (I'm an art teacher) as a continuous ongoing show
during the night.

Here's my problem: the individual animation schemes from slide group to
slide group differ; however in the animation command box you have to "apply
to all", which means all the seperate slide groups have to have the same
animation, evan if they are not selected.

Is there a way around this? The art show is May 8th and I would like to fix
this problem by then.

Thanks,

Tom

Hi Artteacher

The animation schemes don't have to be the same on all the slides - you can
apply to a single slide just by selecting the scheme you want and not
pressing the 'apply to all' (or apply to several by selecting them then
selecting the animation scheme). What I would do is create a presentation
with the title slide for the Art Show then use insert -> slide from file
(making sure I ticked 'keep source formatting') to add all the individual
presentatons. It *shouls* all work just fine.

Let us know if you have any problems.

Lucy
