Analyze always says I need to defrag

Despite defraging the computer, whenever I hit analyze it always says I need
to defrag it. I've shut down all virus scans and any other programs, but it
doesn't help.

did you set up your hard disk partition to "compress drive to save workspace"?
Than this is the cause i think.
