An installation made before XP came out

I am trying to hook my keyboard up to my computer via
midi, and the installation CD came out before XP did.
Half way through the installation, a warning came up
saying that [XP] may not support this, and that I should
check with the company to make sure nothing will be harmed
by installing this. I don't think it will hurt anything,
but I want to make sure before I do this.

It is a Roland product; UM-1 driver; the device hooks my
keyboard (from the midi) into the USB port. It is
compatible with all windows up to 2000. If anyone can

You should encounter NO problems by installing it. "If"
you run into problems just uninstall the device in device
manager.
