An IE Search Assistant URL change requires your approval

When my wife logs in with her account, the following pop-up (and another
one)comes up again and again, regardless wether she clicks 'Allow' or 'Block'
and 'Remember this action':

"An Internet Explorer Search Assistant URL change requires your approval.
The Internet Explorer URL for your Search Assistant is attempting to be
changed from http://ie.search.msn.com/{....}/srchasst/srchcust.htm to
http://www.google.com/ie. The default URL for your Search Assistant is
http://ie.search.msn.com/{....}/srchasst/srchcust.htm.

What should I do to get rid of these annoying pop-ups? I already ran the
Advanced Tools - Browser Restore a few times. Nothing seems to help. When I
log in with my account, it doesn't occur.

Thanks
SJ

Thanks for your reply.

You're right, she had limited user rights. Yesterday I could solve the issue
by making her Administrator temporarely, logging in with her account,
clicking the AS popups away and changing her rights again.

Next time I install a program 'for everyone' I expect the issue to occur
again, so I would like to use your solution.

However, I use Windows XP Home. Is it possible to set security settings on a
folder within Home?

Thanks,
SJ

Thanks again.

I will try.

Somewhere else I read that AS currently is a single-user application. Only
the administrator can change settings. This may be the reason I was able to
solve the issue by changing my wife's account to administrator temporarily,
checking the 'remember this answer' and making her normal user again.

Cheers
