I found it very interesting and I followed the links at the end of the article all very interesting. I can remember going up to London as a small child in the 50's and watching the steam tugs chugging up and down the Thames pulling the barges it was still a busy river then.

Good stuff, I've seen those boats fairly often and the Anchor & Hope pub is near to me.
