am unable to send messages in Office Outlook - I have checked all.

I have upgraded & updated everything on my computer - however, I can not send
e-mails. Just changed over to Office Outlook because Outlook Express 6 would
not send or receive. I have verified through my ISP that settings are
correct. Why can't I send or receive e-mail

do you get any error message?
Outlook Express and Outlook would not send / receive?

No it just sits there with the "connecting" still showing. When I finally
get tired of waiting I clock stop and it gives the messge "time out occurred
while communicating with the server. No error number. It has worked - I have
restored factory settings and it was working last night. It doesn't seem to
work now. Do I have a worm or something? It seems a lot of people are
having the same problems. Can you help - I'm so frustrated.
