Am I Clean? [iesearch / downloader.small.4.bs]

Hello,

I'm a bit puzzled. I came down to my computer today and found that AVG had
found a virus (it does a full scan and attempts to update everyday). It had
placed a file (originally in "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\") named
"iesearch.exe" in the virus vault.

Searching for "iesearch.exe" returns only a few results with google, of
which this is about the only valid one:-

However, my computer doesn't seem to exhibiting any other of the symptom of
this trojan.

AVG, however, lists the file in its test result window as
"Downloader.Small.4.BS" (Healed OK, apparently). Yet, this again, when
searching, returns very few meaningful results. The nearest I've got (so
far) is searching for "Downloader.Small" on Sophos, which merely tells me
its a trojan. Er, yeah, I knew that already...

I can't seem to find anything specific and thus determine whether my
computer is clean or not. Can anyone shed any light?

Did a couple of online scans. Symantec, Mcafee - turned up clean. I might
try a few more, possibly trojan specific ones.

Still not really sure what it was though...
