I'm blocked by a user...
I use MSN Messenger 7.0.
Is there any way I can do it?

Hi,

The "tools" don't work anymore (except in some very small small instances), it's rather
pointless.

If you really think you've been blocked, e-mail the person and ask.

Make a new hotmail account and add them ? (use a random name they're
likely to accept)
