Always Ignore forces IE to be closed (but should not)

I scanned my computer and it detected two prodcuts that I
would like to always ignore (TightVNC and RealVNC, if it
matters).

I select "Always Ignore" in the action drop-down and then
Continue... and then confirm my action.

I then get a message box that says
"In order to clean your computer of the discovered
spyware, MS Antispyware needs to close IE"...

However, since I told it not to clean anything... well
you get the idea.

Thanks.

To ensure that Internet Explorer is fully close, Open TaskManager >
Processes [Tab], look for the iexplorer.exe image name, select it and click
end task.

Andre Da Costa regaled us with the following:
To ensure that Internet Explorer is fully close, Open TaskManager >
Processes [Tab], look for the iexplorer.exe image name, select it and
click end task.

You might re-read the original message... I think you missed the point...
