Alpha ordering favorites folders?

How can you alpha order favorites folders? As it is, they're all mixed up
and making it very difficult to find the right folder. I've read how to use
Start > Favorites then right click and sort by name. However, I don't have
Favorites on my start menu.

Also, is there a way to fix this so that it *always* does it alphabetically?

I'm using WinXP HE SP 1.

TIA!

Whoops! Try this again.

Thanks so much, though I'm always nervous with registry keys.
