allowing applications at startup

Every time I log on, AntiSpyware asks me if I want to
allow a particular prog on startup. My answer is always
yes, but it never registers it permanently. How can I get
it to register the prog so it doesn't ask me again?

Additionally, it always informs me it is allowing a
couple of specific dll additions for IE6. Fine, but I
don't need to know this every time I log on. Is there
anything I can do?
