allowed batch files current directory wrong

I found a bug running .bat files. When launching .bat
files from Explorer (first time only), the MSAS alert
pops up, and if the Allow button is clicked, the batch
file executes. However, the current directory has been
changed from the current folder in Explorer, to
Windows\System32. Any references to files in the expected
directory (or relative file references) fail since the
folder is not correct. The second time the same .bat file
is executed it works fine, and the alert does not pop up
even if the "Remember" check-box was not checked.

Thanks for reporting this. This bug has been reported already, and is
definitely in Microsofts hands.

I know that they plan a second beta release, but don't know if this fix will
make it into that release--please recheck at that time, if possible.
