allow other users to unlock

Does anyone know how to allow other users (domain/local)
to unlock a locked machine? Is such a thing possible? I
would really appreciate any help.

I believe only members of the Administrators or Domain
Admins groups can unlock computers.

When locked, it does say:
"Only COMPUTER\LOGGED_ON_USER or an administrator can
unlock the computer."

BTW- If an admin unlocks it, and they aren't the ones
logged onto it, it will log that user off and close all
their programs.
