ALL I WANT IS A ANSWER TO FIX MY PROBLEM-PLEASE

WHY DOES THESE BOXES POP UP SAYING-changes have been made to effect the
global template do you want to save-so when I try to get the darn box to go
away it won,t then another one pops up and says-the file normal already
exists so what is all this and when I try to open my files I get these darn
popups. So all you samrt whiz kids out their please help a granma.
