All capital Letters !

Hi...
I was trying to do my homework
and all I could type is UPPER CASE letters.
Even if I don't have the CAPS key on, it still types in capital letters.
when I press shift, I get a BIGGER UPPER CASE letter. -_-
If you have any idea on how to fix this, could you plz help me? thank you
very very very much.. T.T

Unfortunately, it's not possible to offer much assistance, although I will
hazard a guess.

First, you have posted your request in an "Access" forum, which provides
support for the MS Access database program. Unless you are trying to type
entries into fields in an Access form, there is not much direct connection.
And that brings up the second point, you didn't mention WHICH software
program you are trying to use. One could assume it is MS Word, but that is,
by no means certain. Is it a word processing program?

That said, there might be something of a clue in the description of your
problem. You state that the shift key DOES generate bigger letters, which
means that it is working appropriately. My guess, therefore, is that you
have managed to apply the font style called "Small Caps" to your typing.
Check that out.
