Alert POp-ups - drift to the sky

If you have the Taskbar located at the side of the
display screen, alert messages do not "stick" and just
float up and out of sight at the top of the display.
Moving the Taskbar to the botom of the screen, alerts
behave correctly. The result of this is that you cannot
read the alert and you cannot choose action.

Correct. This is a bug--known, but not yet fixed in either of the two
builds distributed thus far.

If you would like to keep your taskbar in your perferred position, a user
reports that the alt-tab powertoy for Windows XP allows him to alt-tab to
the alerts and respond to them.

Best solution is put the task back at the bottom of the screen and accept
the notification, or use the Alt-Tab Power Toy as Bill Sanderson read
someone suggested.
