I had a veiwsonic 17bp, or something like that, and switched back to a CRT (was not my flatpanel, I would never do this if it was). Now the resolution keeps switching back. I tried reinstalling the drivers, did not work, so I am pretty sure its somewhere in the registry...but I have no idea where, or what I would have to do. Any suggestions?
Windows XP after switching back to a previous monitor, the screen resolution keeps reverting.

OK on the desk top right click my computer > properties> hardware> device manager now you will see display adaptors click on that to open it you will see your monitor highlight it up the top you will see icons the third from the right more than likely UPDATE DRIVER insert the driver disc for your agp card and run
