After SP4 Fail W3SVC doesn't start

Server is Domain Coltroller and run Exchange 5.5.
I need to make OWA work ASAP.

The Server failed upgrade from SP2 to SP4.
System did not boot initially, and fixed problem, but
system files was mixed with SP2 and SP4.

I update SP3 last night hope that it will fix Web
Publishing service, but It did not.
I'd appreciate if some could help me this issue.

Let me guess.you have NO backup?

Try start>run>sfc

Replace all sys files with those on Cd. And reapply the
service pack.

PS...ted...if all you can do is whine about backups, then
don't bother posting, you waste space.
