Adware Blocking Hosts File

If anyone from Microsoft is listening:

0) I couldn't find the search function, so I'm sorry if
this is a duplicate issue.

1) I'm using an ad-blocking hosts file that points a bunch
of addresses to 0.0.0.0. Anti-Spyware wants to report it as
a hosts file hijack.

I am also still having an issue with my host files, but
it is the opposite of this. Instead it is not blocking
files that are causing pop-ups to appear. When I tried to
delete the lines within the host file that are causing
the ads, they reappear. I have tried what was suggested
in my previous post and nothing worked.
