advanced tab for icf not showing up

local area connection status > properties. advanced tab
not showing up, it used to. everything else is working
fine. "network connections" shows firewall enabled. but
there is no way to disable it??????

Thanks for your answer. I looked up the site, but that is
the problem i am having. There is no "advanced" tab for me
to click on, it's missing. I am logged on as administrator
and network connections says firewall is enabled. The tab
used to be there, but it is gone now. Thanks for any
advice.

I can create another account w/ admin priviledges, and it
shows up. go back to owner account w/ admin previledges
and it doesn't show up - strange??????
