I wish to place two photographs from My Pictures in one frame (i.e. one
above the other). In words of one syllable (please!), can anyone explain how
I can do this in Adobe Photoshop Elemrnts 3.0?

This is a newsgroup for .NET programmers. You will have much better luck
with your question in a newsgroup related to software usage.

As Photoshop isn't even a Microsoft product, you are way off in your
choise of newsgroup...
