Adobe Photo Album

I've erased the desktop icon and the link from "All Programs" for Adobe
Photoshop Album (Starter)... It won't, for some reason, allow me to
uninstall (Add or Remove Programs) and I've tried a reinstall but without
success. It keeps saying that the programme is still running.

The album is accessible from "My Pictures" but I would prefer access
availability from "All Programs" and the desktop icon.....how do I rectify
the two problems please.....?

Try in Safe Mode. Boot the system, start tapping F8, when the menu appears,
select Safe Mode. At Safe Mode, decline the option to go straight to System
Restore. At the Safe Mode desktop, try again what it is you are trying to
do.
