Adobe flash player

I cannot get any content in the Adobe flash player. Is there a conflict
between my Windows XP with sp2 and the flash player?
Any insights would be appreciated.
Thanks...

I just tied it. Uninstalled the player, but when I went to the Adobe
download
center to re-install, I got an error message that read " due to an activex
control
this web page will not display properly" and I could not download the
player.

I had the same problem with the same sound card, and found out that the Plug
and Play Enumerator was never installed when Windows XP was installed.

I wish I could remember where I downloaded it from, or how you can extract
the
files from your installation disk...maybe in the add remove programs/windows
programs.

Good Luck

PS: sheesh, I replied to the wrong thread the first time

The Flash Player works fine on my present computer. Probably the quickest
fix is to uninstall then go to Adobe
[http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/ ] and reinstall.
