Administrator Password

I was on line and was attacked. The program changed my
internet dial up connection & dialed a new number. After
killing this of and disconecting the modem. I rebooted
the machine it now askes for an Administrator password.
The one I have no longer works??? (I think it has been
changed) Is there any way around it or do I need to start
over again?
