administrator account

When I changed my operating system to XP Home, I set up myself as the administrator account, and m
wife as a separate account. I tried to download Earthlink(propel)accelerator and it said I wasn't workin
from the administrator account (but I was). When I checked, I noticed that in my opening window, it no
says "administrator account" next to both mine and my wife's account-opening buttons. I deleted he
account, and tried again. It stills says I'm not accessing the download from the administrator account
Does anyone know what I should do? Thanks.
