Reminder: My iPAQ PPC install cd loaded and upgraded me from OL2000 to OL2002 on my W2000 laptop. That's how I came to where I am. Not by choice.
How do I know if a email field is valid? How do I check? Thanks.

I already posted the instructions for configuring the OAB. For stubborn
cases, you may need to remove OAB, restart Outlook, and re-add the OAB to
reset it.
Use the Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe) to check your PST for errors. Make
sure Outlook is closed first.
I don't have the beginning of this thread anymore. Remind me how you
transferred this PST to your current profile and whether any of these
Contacts were imported.
Also, make sure the email field in each Contact is a valid (resolved)
entry.
