Address Book Question

Outlook 2003. Exchange Server 2003. When I open Outlook>Tools>Address
Book>Tools>Options and look under the "Show this address list first:" drop
down menu I see a old but now nonexistent address list there as well as an
existing address list duplicated. It looks like this:

Show this address list first:
ChaplainsForDL
Contacts
Good News Contacts
Good News Contacts

How do I remove the name of the nonexistent folder (ChaplainsForDL) and the
duplicate entry (Good News Contacts)?

Solution. Use Outlook>Tools>Email Accounts>View or change existing
directories or address books>select the address books to remove>press the
remove button>close.

Just remove the invalid entries here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change.
