Address Book locks up Outlook when clicked (2003)

It didn't do this at first, but now every time I try to access my address
book with the button at the top it just locks up Outlook and waits and
waits. Any ideas? All updates are done and I have rebooted.

Does your default address list in your Address Book still exist? You can
check the configured address lists by choosing Tools-> Accounts...-> View or
change existing directories or address books
