Address Bar History

Hello. I can't seem to erase old website history from my
address bar. I'm not talking about the pulldown screen on
the far right of the bar, that works fine. It's when I
type in a website address, a list of websites starting
wtih those letters come up. Ex. type in www.b a list of
sites starting with www.b come up. The thing is when I
clear history there seem to be a few sites that are not
cleared no matter what. How do I get rid of those sites?

Thanks,
Jon

Thanks for the reply, but none of those helped. Does
anybody have any more suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the file link, but that does not seem to
work either. Whenever I right click and press install,
nothing happens. I entertained the idea that maybe it had
installed, it just only took a second, but it still
didn't solve my problem. Should the file be saved in a
certain folder, or there any other steps that I should
know that would make it work?

I've never used this because the first thing I did was
stop the history.

DelTypedURL [right-click and select: Save Target As]
Save to desktop.
To use: right-click and select: Install

Removes the URL's from the Address Bar drop-down list
without deleting the Internet Explorer History.
Note: this does *not* remove entries entered via
AutoComplete.
